- Why should I rent your townhome?
Disney hotels can be very expensive. For the price of one hotel room you can have use of our conveniently located townhome with all of the amenities of the Windsor Palms community. Our home is superbly equipped to make your vacation unforgettable.
- Are there any shops and restaurants close by?
Within a 2 minute drive there is a great selection for you to choose from:
• Splendid China (you can just go for a meal there and you do not have to pay to enter the park)
• Chinese restaurant and take away (with free delivery to the townhouse)
• Japanese restaurant and take away (with free delivery to the townhouse)
• TGI Fridays
• Giordanos (Italian Restaurant)
• Outback Steakhouse
• Subway Sandwiches
• Dairy Queen
• Pharmacy
• Bank (Sun trust ATM - Visa and Cirrus withdrawals accepted)
• Hair Salon and Tanning Center
• 24 Hour Supermarket
• Camera store
• CD and music store
• Half hour photograph developing
• Off License / liquor store
• Tourist information
For hundreds more shops and restaurants highway 192 is right nearby.
- Is there plenty to do for the children in the townhouse?
There are 2 TV's , DVD Player, CD Stereo, Basic Cable TV in the townhome and videos and movies at the Clubhouse. Also in the clubhouse are pool tables, table tennis, arcade games and a play area with swings and slides. And don't forget the pool!
- Are all towels and linen included?
All towels and linen are provided, including a selection of beach towels for the pool area.
- When do you advise pool heat?
As a rough guide pool heat is recommended from September till the end of April.
- Do I have to pay for a high chair or cot?
High Chair and Porta-Crib are provided. Additional items may be rented through our management company. Arrangements can be made prior to your arrival.
- Do you offer any discounts?
Discounts or preferred rates would apply on rentals of two weeks or more.
- Are all the resort facilities included in the price?
All resort facilities are free to all guests at no extra charge.
- Who looks after the townhouse?
We employ a professional property management company to look after the home and to be on hand to assist our guests. If there are any problems, they are on call 24 hours a day.
- Does the townhome have any safety features?
It has all the safety features required by state law (and more). They include alarms on the pool doors and interior lighting in case of an emergency. A fire extinguisher is also supplied for your family's safety. We also provide plastic cups, plates etc. to be used in the pool area.
- Is there a shop in the resort?
Yes, there is a convenience store by the pool. It sells day to day items such as snacks and drinks.
- Does the house have its own phone?
It does have a phone and local calls are free. To make long distance calls you will need to give a credit card number to the local phone company operator. Full instructions are in the house.
- What deposit would I need to pay?
The required deposit is $300 and the balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.
- Does the home get cheaper the longer I stay?
Yes, if you want to stay longer than 2 weeks, we can usually make your vacation rate better. If it is for 5 or 6 weeks, that is even better.
