Rates Daily Rate: $125 Weekly Rate: $700 plus 13% sales tax. Splash Pool Heat is an additional fee of $75.00 per week (recommended from September through April) Rates are subject to change without notice. To book our townhome, download the pdf Reservation Form, fill it out, and return it to us with a deposit of $300. Don't forget to sign the agreement to the Terms and Conditions on the last page.
